College Pre-Hire Program

The College Pre-Hire Program at Pantex recruits college juniors/seniors for employment following graduation. This program will reimburse up to $30,000 for books, tuition, and applicable fees incurred from the semester the employment offer is accepted up to graduation. Positions are posted with the Career Services Centers; under Current Opportunities, students must apply and sign-up for on-site interviews conducted at each university.  Following the interview process, selected students are invited to visit Pantex.  Final selections for job offers will be determined after the site visit.

The College Pre-Hire Program is currently hiring engineering and science majors. The program is also hiring Information Management techs, Programmer Analysts, and Cyber Security Analysts.
